Terms of Service

UAV Solutions is an online store owned and operated by UAV Solutions, Inc., a corporation under the laws of the State of Maryland, USA (“UAV Solutions”). UAV Solutions may update or change the below terms, conditions, policies, and notices at any time and without notice.
Completion of the Agreement
Please read the terms of service set forth below. By ordering from UAV Solutions, you explicitly agree to be bound by all of terms of service contained herein. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact UAV Solutions prior to ordering. All offers from UAV Solutions to sell are non-binding. In the event that UAV Solutions cannot fill an order for any reason, it will promptly communicate this to the customer.
Payment Terms
UAV Solutions accepts PayPal as payment for orders. For PayPal eChecks, UAV Solutions will not ship the item until the payment clears. Payments will be processed at the time that the order is placed, prior to shipment. UAV Solutions reserves the right to request additional verification information before shipping. Credit cards must clear the authorization process.
Prices and Quotation
All prices are expressed in U.S. Dollars including shipment and funds transfer fees. In case the customer is not residing in the USA, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT and all the import duties that are claimed in the destination country.
Training
UAV Solutions highly recommends customers or their designated operator to undertake training for use of UAV/UAS aircraft prior to operating such items. The customer acknowledges and agrees that without undertaking the available training the customer may not be aware of or accustomed to the aspects of the flight operations of the UAV and associated equipment. Therefore, the customer acknowledges and agrees that without undertaking the available training the customer or their designated operator may experience difficulty in the operation of the UAV in conditions that may be beyond the UAV or the operator’s capabilities.
Compliance with Laws, Rules & Regulations
The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the customer obtains all applicable licenses and registrations and fully complies with all applicable laws, executive orders, regulations, rules, ordinances of the United States, and any affected state and local political subdivisions with regard to use and operation of the purchased equipment.
Warning Notice
You acknowledge that you fully understand the inherent danger involved when operating multi-rotor and other models. Spinning propellers can cause severe injury.
No Warranty/Liability
UAV Solutions provides no warranty of any kind for any of the equipment it sells or otherwise distributes and is not liable in case you cause injury to yourself and/or others or if you damage or destroy property with any of the products you purchased and/or otherwise received from UAV Solutions.
Incorrectly Published Product Details
UAV Solutions is not liable for any issues that may result from incorrectly published product details on the UAV Solutions website. The information as well as the images provided for all of our products are simply informative and non-contractual. Our products are continuously evolving and for that reason some data provided could be different from the specifications of the final product. Images frequently include additional peripherals which are only available as options and must be purchased separately. The assembly and configuration for most of the products available on our website requires specific skills and also the reading of the documentation regarding these products. The customer acknowledges that he/she has necessary knowledge and skills to assemble and tune every article that he/she purchases from UAV Solutions. The customer undertakes to obtain the information necessary to perform all these operations.
Defective Items
If an item you received from UAV Solutions is deemed to have been Defective as determined in the sole discretion of UAV Solutions (“Defective Item”), UAV Solutions may replace the Defective Item only. UAV Solutions will not be liable for equipment that might have been lost and/or damaged as a result of the Defective Item.
Returns of the Merchandise
All purchases from UAV Solutions are considered final sales and no refund or credit is applicable for items that have been unboxed or have been used. All returns must have received prior written authorization from UAV Solutions by obtaining a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) by completing the online RMA form which is available thru this link http://uav-solutions.com/rma/. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. In most cases, UAV Solutions will allow defective merchandise to be returned for an exchange only. For merchandise that a customer wants to either return in exchange for a different item or for a refund, UAV Solutions will require the item to be in “as new” condition with all original packaging, cabling, manuals, etc. included. UAV Solutions may require a 15% re-stocking fee for returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping postage of returned items and items must be packed in a way that prevents shipping damage. No items are accepted for exchange or return after 90 days of the purchase date.
No item will be replaced before it has been inspected by UAV Solutions and determined to be defective. In the event that an item is inspected and is determined to not be defective by UAV Solutions, then all costs resulting from the testing of such item, including manpower, necessary equipment and transportation costs will either be charged to the customer or deducted from any refund to the customer.
The warranty on articles sold by UAV Solutions refers to electronic equipment only. Propellers, frame and other mechanical parts are considered consumables. No decision will be taken regarding the eventual repair possibility or the eventual replacement of a part under guaranty before UAV Solutions has inspected the concerned element. The inspection shall be made by UAV Solutions at its address of 8280 Patuxent Range Rd. Suite E, Jessup, Maryland USA 20794.
The cost of the transportation for any item or equipment that will be sent to UAV Solutions is at the sole cost and expense of the customer. The risk of damage, loss or theft during transportation is at the expense of the customer. No material will be accepted by UAV Solutions without a RMA. In case of defective equipment, or any part thereof, sold by UAV Solutions, UAV Solutions is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage that may result to its customer.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
You accept USPS, UPS, and all other mail carriers UAV Solutions offers (“Mail Carrier(s)”) as reliable mail carriers and UAV Solutions’ carriers of choice.
If you select USPS mail service, UAV Solutions will send your packages with United States Postal Service (“USPS”). Depending on the type of USPS service you choose (First Class, Priority Mail, or Express Mail) the package may show receipt by the USPS, but may not show any tracking information after it was received by the USPS. Even mail service types that typically provide full tracking information to your location may sometimes not show any information beyond the USPS receiving the package. UAV Solutions has no influence or control over the internal processes of Mail Carriers or the local postal system of your country. UAV Solutions cannot be held liable for any mistakes made by a Mail Carrier or your local country’s postal service. UAV Solutions strongly advises against using USPS for orders going to locations outside the USA.
Lost packages
If the tracking information for a customer’s package shows receipt by any of UAV Solutions’ Mail Carriers, UAV Solutions is not responsible if your package never arrives at your location. No refunds will be provided if a customer’s package is lost in the mail system either in the USA or in your destination country. Almost all packages sent by UAV Solutions reach their recipient.
Mail service delays
In rare cases and depending on your ship to address, it can take much longer than indicated for a package to reach you and independent of the mail service you chose during check-out. The delivery time frames provided are averages for most mail pieces. UAV Solutions is not responsible if a Mail Carrier or your local country’s postal service delays the arrival of your package due to custom holds or other issues. UAV Solutions does not provide refunds in case your package is delayed.
Customs, Duties, and “Return to Sender” Packages
For orders shipped outside the USA, you are solely responsible for any and all import duties your local customs office may impose on your order. If a package is returned to UAV Solutions due to the Mail Carrier’s inability to collect customs duties or deliver the package to your provided ship-to address, UAV Solutions will not refund shipping costs when and if the package is returned to UAV Solutions.
No Freight Forwarding Addresses or P.O. Boxes
We do not allow orders to be shipped to freight forwarding addresses or P.O. Boxes
Insurance
Please note that when you choose to declare a value that is less than actual value, the insurance will only cover the declared value, regardless of the actual cost.
Export
Customer agrees, by its purchase of any products from UAV Solutions, to comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, specifically including, but not limited to, the requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 C.F.R. §§ 120-130, and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), 15 C.F.R. §§ 730-774, including the requirement for obtaining any export license or agreement, if applicable and hereby agrees to indemnify UAV Solutions from any violation thereof. Without limiting the foregoing, purchaser agrees that purchaser will not transfer any export-controlled item, service, technology or technical data, to any non-U.S. person or entity, whether located within or outside the United States, without an applicable export license, agreement, exemption or exception.
UAV Solutions provides sale and delivery to US and Canada locations for domestic use only. Customers wishing to export products purchased must seek clearance through applicable governing bodies such as but not limited to US Department of Commerce and US Department of Defense.

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS UAV SOLUTIONS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES AND COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR ANY ACTIVITY RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENT OR WRONGFUL CONDUCT) BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON ACCESSING THE SITE USING YOUR INTERNET ACCOUNT.
Miscellaneous
These general terms of service are governed by Maryland, USA law without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of UAV Solutions products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Howard County, Maryland. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the website (including but not limited to the purchase of UAV Solutions products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. UAV Solutions’ failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms of service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms of service. UAV Solutions may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

These terms of service may be revised at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page from time to time to review the current terms of service. Certain provisions of these terms of service may be superseded by legal notices or other provisions contained on other pages of this website.
